Selama ni, aku tak tau pun wanita yg betul2 nak conceive, perlu amik acid folic. Ngaper dlm family aku tak pernah sebutkan mender ni?..
Lau aku ajukan soklan ni pada mak, ni jawabnyer. "tak pernah pun mak amik, alhamdulillah time ngandung ok2 sajer". Macam tu gak ngan kakngah aku. Hmmm.. bila fikir2 semula, atas org kot. Memang dari segi pemakannnanya berjaga, atau sedia terjaga.
Kalau ikut pengalaman aku la, semua ni aku tau, time aku dok kerap pergi klinik sakit puan - klinik jameaton, equine park. Sampai sekarang pun, aku akan pergi ke sana, jika ada apa2 hal tentang sakit puan ni. So far, ok la.
Ni cth ghoper packaging acid folic yg pernah aku amik
Actually tiap2 org lain ketahanannya. Sebenarnya, acid folic ni diambil before pregnancy lagik & dinasihatkan amik berterusan hingga trimester pertama. Aku? Lama dah aku amik, tapi betul2 lepas kawen la. Sampai sekang aku dok amik lagik.
Cuma doktor ada pesan kat aku, dgn amik suppliment ni, belum tentu kandungan kita ok. Cuma ini adalah salah satu cara. Yup, aku setuju tu. Sebab mender ni dah jadi kat aku. Apa yg penting kita cuba utk elakkan mender yg tak elok jadik. Amik vitamin ni pun, tak memudharatkan diri pooonggg.

Because it's very difficult to eat enough foods rich in the vitamin to supply the amount that experts recommend you take in pregnancy.
Folic acid, also known as folate or folacin, is one of the B group of vitamins, also known as B9. Your body needs it to produce red blood cells, as well as norepinephrine and seratonin (chemical components of the nervous system. It helps make DNA (the body's genetic material), which normalises the brain's functions, and is a critical component of spinal fluid. Folic acid is also one of the few nutrients known to prevent neural tube birth defects, such as
spina bifida, which affects 10 in every 10,000 babies.
It is generally recommended that every woman who is thinking about pregnancy or is in the first third (trimester) of pregnancy to take a daily supplement of 400 micrograms (mcg) of folic acid and eat a folate rich diet to reduce her baby's risk of getting some types of birth defects. Women who don't get enough may also increase their chance of
miscarriage. Once you are into your second trimester (from week 13), you may wish to stop taking the supplements, although continuing to take them throughout pregnancy won't harm you or your baby either.
